Coffee And Cookies Shakeđ§đȘ
Another yummy shake recipe! This recipe is so quick and easy to make, tastes delicious and is only 200 calories đ
Simply use :
1 x scoop of Café Latte Formula 1
1 x scoop of Cookies 'n' Cream Formula 1
2 x scoops of Protein Drink Mix (if you don't have this product you'll need to use milk instead)
250ml - 350ml of water
4 Ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until ice cubes are completely crushed. Serve and enjoyđ§đȘ
