The Recipe:
2 x Scoops of Vanilla Formula 1
1 x Protein Drink Mix
1 x Kiwi
1/2 x Avocado
1/2 x Vanilla Pod
250ml-400ml of water (depending on how thick you like your shake!)
Pop all ingredients into a blender and mix for 30 seconds.
