Christmas is our favourite time of year! Spice up your Formula 1 shake with a few of our festive favourite recipes ✨

Warm Spiced Vanilla 🎄

2 x scoop of Vanilla F1
250ml of semi-skimmed milk
½ a banana
1 x dash of cinnamon
1 x dash nutmeg
1 x dash ginger
1 x cardamon pods
Handful of ice

Ginger Bread Man 🧡

1 x scoop Spiced Apple F1
1 x scoop of Vanilla F1
300ml of Soya milk
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp vanilla extract
Handful of ice

After Eight 🍫

2 x scoops of Chocolate F1
2 x scoops of Protein Drink Mix
¼ tsp peppermint extract
300ml of water
Handful of ice
