The shakes have approximately 21 servings so 1 tub will last you around 2 weeks if you're replacing 2 meals a day! The PDM has 42 servings if you use 1 scoop to add to your shake. The tea and the aloe both have approximately 30 servings so it's all down to personal preference on how many teas you have a day and if you add the aloe to your water throughout the day!
Yes! You will begin to see a difference from using these plans but it’s also important to take into account other factors that will help with your results, like exercising and having healthy meals when you’re not having your shakes. Also remember that by following these plans, when you replace 2 meals a day with your shake your Formula 1 will only last your around 2 weeks.

No, you can start on any of the plans! It’s completely up to you where you’d like to start. However, for weight loss we’d recommend replacing two meals a day with a shake so if you’re purchasing the Starter Plan or Recommended plan your tub of Formula 1 will only last you around 2 weeks.
All the formula 1 shakes are sutiable for vegetarians! Only the Free From is suitable for Vegans too. The Free From Formula 1 is gluten free, dairy free, wheat free, soya free. It only comes in vanilla flavour at the moment, but you can always add a handful of fruit to suit your taste buds!
